This South Australian documentary explores the life of skateboarding pioneer Kat Williams and her impact and influence on the sport and the new generation of female skaters. Grappling with her queerness, battling addiction, injury and life altering setbacks, Kat has faced it all. When her hopes of Olympic glory were dashed Kat turned to coaching. This film combines interviews, archival footage, stylised recreations and never before seen family home videos to explores how Kat found purpose guiding the next generation of women through sport and life.
